Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Earth Kissed is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at hello@earthkissed.com so we can assist where possible.

Due to the personal care nature of our handcrafted bath, body, and aromatherapy products, we may be unable to accept returns on opened, used, or tampered-with items.
